Buying shirts

Postby theduckthief » 16 May 2010, 18:29

I know I've posted about this before but I sent my order off and asked about confirmation and payment but never got a response back.

I know that LRR would like the money up front I just need to know where and when to deliver it.

If YOU'RE buying shirts from THEM shouldn't THEY be concerned as to where to deliver?

Anyway, if you placed your order very recently it may take a few days for them to get a response to you. If it's been a while then definitely keep trying.

Did you place an order using the store? If you did, you should have paid at the end of the order process.

I believe James handles all of the shirt sales. Email [email protected]

[email protected] is the specific store address.

James posted to use the 'orders' email and I emailed it last week. I never heard got a confirmation so I sent a second email off and then I thought I'd post in the forum as a last resort.

You should use the [email protected] email, that's correct.

Sorry, I'm confused, did you actually submit the order through the store? Or just email that you wanted one?

Hi Graham

I used the 'orders' email and sent off an order on the 9th. I wasn't sure if it had been received or not so I just wanted to check on here if confirmation emails get sent out or not.

I'm still a little unclear, but it sounds like you haven't actually placed an order.

You can't just send an email, you need to place an order through the storefront. Select your items, check out your cart and pay, then an email will be automatically sent.

To eliminate confusion:
What I meant was, you should use the "orders" email instead of emailing James, if there is a problem with your order.
That email is not for placing orders.

Thanks!

I guess I'm confused as well. I posted about how to get shirts without paying for the shipping as I live here in Victoria. James posted for me to email the 'orders' address so that's what I did.

OKAY.
Now it all makes sense. Sorry, you didn't mention that part.
You did it right, yes. Local orders are different.

Email orders again and I'll tell James to keep and eye open for it.
