Sickest movies you've seen.

Postby Hakaryu » 09 Jun 2010, 18:39

SO what are some of the more violent or just disgusting in general movies you've seen. The most twisted I've encountered is August Underground Mordum, if you didn't know the movie was just a movie, you'd swear it was a real snuff film. Three killers video record everything they do, from every day life to murder and torture.

I don't watch those kinds of films. I think I skimmed that one about a Japanese suicide club (the one where a bunch of people jump into an oncoming train near the start), but the subs were not working so I never watched it through.

Most horrific movie I know of would be this old Chinese film documenting/recreating Japanese war atrocities, particularly the medical experiments.

In one of the podcasts they talk about a few of these kinds of movies. Alex or his friend of something was mentioned as having shown one or something.

Ichi the Killer is a great movie for over the top gore, it's also got some amazing torture scenes.

And it's a black comedy.

I mentioned a bunch in the movie thread I made a little while ago.
~I'm probably not serious~
Oh and you can just call me Dave.
No need for the whole screen name.

Saw Ichi The Killer, not as good as I hoped it would be.

Yes!

Also, the fight scene in the hallway with the hammer is what I think of whenever I see a shitty action sequence so shaky you can't see what's going on. I honestly think they do that to avoid costs of choreography, stunts & special effects.
