Mine was uneventful, just managed to sprain my ankle running in a Drag race. NBD.
So you DID get those super powers. Faster than a bear in heals, able to jump tall rugby players in a simple one piece with a off the shoulder number.

There's an origin story I would like to hear.
Totally accurate, except for all the times I'm not.

Re: This thread is so gay
Actually, here's what happened:
The race was a 200m dash in which I had to put on a bra, leggings, a dress, a wig, and a pair of heels at different intervals. I was running at a good tick, practically diving through the stuff. I put the heels on and ran about 4 steps, when *BANG* I'm on the ground with a rolled ankle. I didn't win the race, but I am pretty sure that I was in the lead for a good amount of the race until I fell.

Re: This thread is so gay
@Tak little bit bummed out over the weekend, as my boyfriend's going back to Australia for several months for family reasons and I can't afford to go with him. Back to the whole "long distance" thing again, I suppose. BUT OTHER THAN THAT it was fun. Played a lot of Magic, been getting back in to that again.
What a horrible night to have a curse.
Re: This thread is so gay
Cute guy (friend of a friend) talking to me on facebook. We've been talking, and slightly flirting, for a few days now and I decided that I'm not alking to him today until he talks to me firtst. It's half nine in the evening, and nothing's been said. Bad sign?

I think waiting for someone else to talk to you first if you like them and you've enjoyed your previous conversations is pretty dumb. What if he's not very confident and is waiting for you to say something first?
Who cares who initiates conversation, the aim is amiable, enjoyable conversation, right? Maybe he's interested in you, maybe he isn't, but you aren't going to find out by employing such weird, juvenile "rules" in how you interact with him.

Re: This thread is so gay
Jester hit the head on the nail there. As an example, I can be very reluctant to start conversations with people because my brain is constantly telling "Why the fuck would he/she want you to talk to him/her? You'd just be bothering them!", so it's always a pleasant surprise to me when someone starts up a conversation with me because all of a sudden I can tell my brain "Fuck you! He/she do like to talk to me!".
So, who cares who starts the conversation first as long as you both enjoy what comes of it?

Re: This thread is so gay
We've been talking for the past few days on hours, as I instigated it. I'm hoping he will instigate something, I dunno if he likes me, and I don't want to bother him.

I think at one time, he may have been in one. But I don't recall hearing much about that afterwards. Granted, you also said that Ditto and I would be the next/first(?) gay re-LRR-tionship, so anything is possible.

I thought you were dating someone Tak197, and if anyone is going to be the first gay re-lrr-tionship it is going to be alexanderditto and aeric90, I don't care what they say about it.

That hurts me, after the 7 years we spent living together in that cute little bungalow in Nebraska? We raised twin chinchillas that we rescued from a fur coat factory and named them Luke and Leia for petes sake! I guess the nights we spent kitting by the fire while sipping the camomile tea you grew "just for me" in the window box outside the kitchen window. I built out of reclaimed lumber from your great grandfathers barn we took the day trip up there and watched the sunset for our 5th anniversary! I...I...I... I guess some things just meant more to me than it meant to you. (runs off to cry)

Are you shipping alexanderditto/aeric90? I better not find any fanfiction, that would be quite creepy.

It was another coupling I had my inkling about. Which I'm sure has already happened or come close to.
