We've got maybe a month before we can expect snow up here. Yay for being insulated by land and water!

In Pittsburgh, its just rainy and chilly for now... Give it a few months and it will be rainy and snowy.

I actually love this time of year and weather. I prefer fall to any other month, give me the trees changing, crisp air and a few rainy days a week, and I'm perfectly happy.

Right now it's just being very cold, with no snow. Which means it's going to be hitting hard and fast this year.

Was still in a t-shirt today, but I'm a warm type.

Ditto, except substitute Philadelphia for Pittsburgh.

I <3 fall.

Ice storms, Bananas... Ice, Bananas... Frozen Bananas...
Great, now I want a frozen banana, and I want to watch Arrested Development... and I'm thinking about how it's probably going to start snowing here next month... :(

Yeah, I live in the Pocono Mountains. When you all get "slushy and grey", we get "whiter than Aryan Race brand Bleach". If I wake up to snow in the next 2 weeks, I'm going to scream loud enough for LRR to hear me.

There was lightning earlier today in Vegas, and everyone was cowering because it was kinda rainy.

I'm in the Netherlands, and it's raining. No suprise there. It's also freaking cold for a Dutchman. (It's just above freezing at night, maybe 10 C during the day)

The temperatures dropped about ten degrees about two weeks ago to the fortiesĀ¹, it's been an even mix of drizzly/foggy and sunny. A couple of nights ago, I walked to the car and the drizzle seemed to be falling slowly enough in the light of the streetlamps that it appeared like that other stuff that I refuse to name, since it comes when it's called. :P

And seeing the thread title, I thought this:

Footnotes, because we care about not butchering sentence structure with tangential comments:
1. Fahrenheit, because OP is a yank - think single-digit temps for the rest of the world.

It was a nice sunny warm day here. It got up to 26 and it actually felt like Australia after the cold wet winter we have had.

First frost of the season here this morning. I was not expecting to have to defrost my car before going to work.

Really? I get the rain, but the temp. at night isn't that bad. Okay, saturday's gonna be bad for both those things, but this week was quite okay. At least it was in the north.

Canadians have difficulties pronouncing the letters m, r, and c. Especially in close proximity. It's a national epidemic.

I'll see what I can do to remedy this situation. Expect drastic changes within a week... for good or worse.

Find a way to rouse me from my general malaise and I'll give you access to my energy grid. Just be careful - the base unit of measure for my systems array is roughly comparable to a terrawatt.
