Re: Post Your Voice! - You know you wanna!
A little back story on this one might be required:
During 2008, while I was working for a store, a few of my work mates found out that I could do a (slightly) passable imitation of the, then, "movie previews guy" (based on Pablo Francisco's parody of him). so, they asked me to record a whole bunch of stupidity that they could play in the store to advertise certain movies or special offers.
I present you, my fellow Runners, with "Bacon Cheesecake" - my very first (unprofessionally recorded) album.
Warning: contains silliness and sound effects played for assumed randomness.
Here is a link to a zip (under 3 meg in size) containing all 7 files of stupidity
Then, of course, the guys I worked with at the school (the job after working at the store) got wind of my utter stupidity. So, I made them this (which one or two of them still use in their lesson plans):
Warning: contains Maths silliness
Here is a tiny mp3 file, that is only 31 seconds long.
If you're still itching for more stupidity at the hands of GaProgMan, then you could listen to my attempts at being a "World News" anchor.
Warning: I've ran out of warnings to give, good night.
Here is my final submission.
One last thing: I'm putting on silly voices.

Incorrect, they don't call it British Racing Green for no reason, you know!

Re: Post Your Voice! - You know you wanna!
I have no idea what that means. Is it polo related?
Re: Post Your Voice! - You know you wanna!
Essentially, in the early to mid 20th century, when motor racing was a gentleman's sport, the British racing team would race in cars which were of a dark green hue. This colour quickly became known as British Racing Green, and now often adorns British luxury and sports cars.
It was a quip at the fact we have a colour named because of its racing connotations, because motor sport is a gentleman's past time.

Re: Post Your Voice! - You know you wanna!
So, some people may have already heard my voice, if they watch LordKat, he is my brother afterall, and I once took over his stream for a half hour.
Back in the summer when I was unemployed and had the time, I would go into the city for him and buy him weird foods. Some of the times I would try them with him.
Like on his birthday.
You can tell which voice is mine, cause... it's the only voice that's not my brother's.
I thought about recording a hello and decided that it was just easier to link to one of the videos.

Grass jelly does not taste like mint. You are eating the wrong grass jelly. It tastes like dirt.

Me with silly accents: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7fAj5pM9gM
(The part where they're awful, change a lot, and are incongruous is part of the joke)
This one has me behind the camera again, with my normal voice, usually.

Normally I don't because I hate how most of my stuff comes out online, but...well, here you go!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPfXD4BW4HQ
I'm not exactly thrilled with it, but I did it at like 4 am with a mic I'd just bought and Audacity. BTW, I never did anything with that facebook group, I wouldn't suggest going there, lol.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gycDUKpi6A
And thats me "speaking" although I'm using my "fancy web voice." It's mostly an inside joke but thats just there incase you want to hear me speak, and not there. If you actually want to know the story behind that, let me know. (It's not very interesting.)

Haha, thats great. I really need to get into that series. BTW, if you're being serious, I just can't separate the accent from the voice.

I've tried to answer to as many people as I had time for right now! It's nice to see that this thread did get some love after all! =D
Ohhhh! I really liked your voice acting, it was really good, pretty believeable, while also being funny. =D
That was made of win, and I agreed with everyone single word of it!
I HATE EDWARD! He's an empty shell! All his personality consists of is being
1. Stalker
2. .. I just realised there's no second part to his personality ...
Anyway! Awesome video, I really enjoyed watching it.
Oh my god ... your voice is really beautiful ... you're a Tenor aren't you? It sounds like it to me.
I can understand why you've sang it a funerals ... it's a fitting and gorgeous piece of music. Beautiful. <3
Heheh, I like your voice and the video is funny! I lol'd when your mate exclaims 'SCREW YOU AND YOUR RECORDING!'. xD
It's a rant, and I fully agree with you, but it's also really funny!
You had an AWESOME voice for that! I was giggling my ass off while watching your version!
I jumped when that hunter suddenly jumped you around the middle of the video, and the scenes with the gnome (whom me and my friends have so affectionately named Tim the Gnome) made me laugh! xD
You got a voice made for advertisement and news! <D

I woke up really early last February to fight through a ludicrous hangover and talk to a very nice guy from the Maritimes about my experiences at the Olympics.

It isn't British unless it has a monocle and/or top hat. I don't see either.
