Just wondering if Crapshots will be returning to production anytime soon.

Also, Edam is awesome.

Herald, Edam is awesome.

I think the reason why no Crapshots have been put up recently is that the crew is too busy to actually film them. That and Alex has no good ideas right now.

Quick! Everyone send him puns! We must make him suffer for our amusement! :D
Just kidding.

You probably shouldn't keep your hopes up for more Crapshots on any kind of regular basis. They started to get really erratic around episode. . . 90? 85? I'm guessing that there's been less free time and interest from Alex. And you know how things go around here; once it stops updating regularly, it's only a matter of time before it's dead. :(

It's probably related to Graham not having much editing time with the escapist work and convention season.

Crapshots ever had a noticeable schedule? I figured the update schedule was "whenever we're able to get them out" and enjoy them as a happy little surprise.

For a long time (excepting a few small patches), they were updated on a MWF schedule.

I thought Alex edited them.

Really? I seriously NEVER noticed that.
Erego, this "hiatus" does not bother me.

I thought they talked about this in a podcast. At least, I thought I remembered something about crapshots in some podcast at some point somewhere. Quickly, someone go listen to all the podcasts from the last six months and back me up on this!

Yes, they're on a hiatus until we've got more time to do them. Got several plates in the air right now, but it'll be worthwhile in the end, trust us.

Are those plates paper? Do you have to use bowls if those plates end up breaking?

That had to hurt.

Anyway, it's nice to know what's going on. At least they got past 100.

Crapshots is too good a format to disappear altogether. But after 100+ episodes I think its fair to take a bit of a breather and let the field lie fallow.

I always prefer to do something as well as I can or not at all. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I lurched onward with some sort of phoned-in crap.
