Partially. Some season one videos are quite good such as Ways to End a Movie and Mobile Homes should be on the site although videos like Ways to End a Movie will need a lot of work to remove copyrighted music. A few videos like Tennis and Stalking are funny but they are not quite what LRR does not but could work as bonus videos. However some videos as the Girly Magazine Quizzes are not very good and should only be viewed be people who want to see how far LoadingReadyRun has come.

The first video I watched was Door to Door which indecently was the first video Kathleen wrote. Naughty nuns were there from the start.

Aww. I hoped this forum was super nice and welcoming! I'm concerned that people feel intimidated by the number of existing users. I wonder what we can do to make this better? I think we're already a pretty friendly bunch....

I guess as a more senior member (almost four years?! Though I still feel like a newbie... I should really post more), I'm supposed to know everyone and everything, but I don't really feel that way. There are still tons of people I don't know as well as I'd like, and new members all the time. It's part of being in a dynamic online community.

FallenMaster642, if you're still reading this thread, I hope you DO stick with the forums! While you'll feel like you don't know anyone, but stick around! We're not all that big a group, and hopefully the anxiety will disappear.

I definitely know what you mean, though, I've joined boards that are huge and sprawling before and it can be tough when everyone seems to know everyone else and you're just kind of left behind. Don't worry! I think we're better than most boards. People are very friendly and inclusive.

This thread has been a surprisingly educational insight into this forum.

When I joined a couple of weeks ago, this place felt massive - what with the metric butt-tonne of posts in the "Introduce yourself" thread alone. However after observing for a while it appears that things are a lot smaller and more homely round here.

I like it.

Well I find the newer members intimidating!!

So many new members are much closer friends with the other regular posters than I have ever managed!

When it comes to forums and blogs, I always end up lurking, less because of the number of members, and more because threads end up getting very long very quickly and I worry that if I do end up posting I'll just repeat something someone has already said and has been discussed at length.

[awaits the inevitable post of an quote of an earlier post of someone saying this]

So is that the real reason he's beardless now and the Desert Bus thing was just a cover up?

On topic, I'll admit that it took a while for me to start posting, but I still feel slightly intimidated since I'll start a post, look at it, and claim it as rubbish before checking some other topic on the forum. Not really because I'm intimidated, just...okaky, I guess intimidation is part of the reason. Mostly out of indifference to what I just said I guess.

I got to this forum and did not join.... then after a year I joined and made 3 posts, then waited for another year without posting, all because I though: I don't have anything insightful or important to say.
Then I just said "fuck it" and started posing and realised:
neither have most other people!
If I'm half-mad, then which do you think I consider my better half?

Gah, waking up in the morning with a dozen pages added to the thread thanks to West Coast people going to be well after me, and Europe people getting up before me. Not to mention if I can't check the forums until after work or something...

Well if it makes you feel any less intimidated of me...friends?

...that being said I'd like to be good enough friends with everyone here! (As I was in a previous forum that I took part in)

The ones that the OP has a problem with, I believe. Forum priapisms can be quite painful if left untreated.
