Nice Sieg, I'm trying to find some good pictures of a friend as Rainbow Dash from when she was at Animazment last weekend but that hasn't worked out too well. I should get some at Otakon in July, along with a nice big group, at Otakon.

I will try to post some pictures of me as Derpy Hooves before then.

Putting a rainbow flag on a mlp may be a bit redundant...

I like it! And it's not redundant, unless you're using gay as a pejorative. :P

Well you do have to admit, that is one gay pony.

Heh.

Honestly? I don't define "gay" - it's just you as a pony. But then, we all know I don't hold standard opinions.

What would even be the difference between DVD and Blu-Ray for this stuff?

And Sieg, my hat goes off to you. Well done, good sir.

You wouldn't think it'd be that big of a difference, but HD cartoons look amazing compared to their SD counterparts. The colors are generally much richer and the line-art is much crisper since it doesn't have to be compressed as much.

I need these episodes on collectible media and would definitely pay $$$ for collectible figurines.
Example: I refuse to buy the Pinkie Pie toy because it comes with a stupid pet instead of Gummy, and Twilight Sparkle comes with an owl instead of Spike.

And maybe I'm a little obsessed...

I got one of those "Amazon Recommends" e-mails today and, based on items I'd recently viewed, it was nothing but MLP toys. I find this amusing, but not terribly helpful.

You can get Twilight and Spike if you get the 5 pack from Toys R' Us. You also get Pinkie Pie, Apple Jack, and a horribly miscolored Celestia. Still no Gummy though, I don't think a toy of him exists yet.

Yeah, the "horribly miscolured Celestia" is why I havent bought that one. And I'm cheap. :P

I know collectibles aren't Hasbro's thing but this could make some serious money for them. I never collect stuff and I want these? Yeah.

Or maybe I'm just obsessed...

Anyone else here planning on cosplaying a pony at PAX Prime? I've got a decent group going so far.

I'll be going as Doctor Whoof, and we also have a Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Fluttershy, and a DJ PON3! :D

My small group will be wearing a Rainbow Dash / Derpy Hooves / Twilight Sparkle or Fluttershy tee shirts with the matching cutie marks on the bottom corner.

The Rainbow Dash will try and find a pair of blue wings, and if I go as Twilight I'll try and wear a unicorn horn....

It's becoming abundantly clear we need to have a massive BRONIES showing at the LRR panel.

So reading this thread I decided to give the show a watch. It's a really good show, and I generally find most of the characters hilarious, and I really like the consistency of the characters. Most of the conflicts they encounter are genuinely interesting, and I especially enjoyed the episode with the sleeping dragon.

I would probably enjoy this show a whole lot more if they ended ~30 seconds earlier.

(The episode just got done SHOWING an important lesson / value, so instead of just letting it sit at that, they come back and spell the lesson out, which feels very tied on)
Is a big fan of Panic! at the Disco
