LRR Windows 7 Theme Pack

So I made this around Desert Bus last year It consists of custom cursors, audio, and backgrounds. However, I didn't bother to distribute it because there was a problem that when you start up your computer the next time, the cursor set reverts its self to the windows default. The other reason was that there are only three simple backgrounds.
The "Working In Background" and "Busy" are both animated.

If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be much apreciated.
EDIT: If you do install it for some reason, and have UAC enabled, and open up a program asking for permission, and you have your speakers turned up loud, it's your own damn fault.
