If I really wanted money I could draw erotic gay scenes. That sells very well and it's artistically awful. Don'task me how I know. Actually anything erotic a man would buy. For some reasons men are more likely to put up pictures of bits they like then ladies in their own homes.

That should be a poster... Adapt it and it could be a t-shirt

Re: Share your Art with the world!
Really cool, featherweight.
I have a problem and a question. I've been trying to draw page 3 for a long time now and I have made basically no progress.
The background is supposed to be pretty much the same in every panel, except it might not always show the whole thing at once. It's supposed to be the inside of a car, with the driver, one passenger in the front seat and one passenger in the back (which seat doesn't really matter).
On my background layer I haven't been able to draw the inside of the car in any way I like. Can't find the right angle, can't figure out where/if the car should stop and become the outside, can't figure out where the "camera" should be...
I know I want it to be from the front or three quarter view so the characters (who are talking in every panel) can be seen properly. But none of that seems to help. Usually I get reference pictures but the online ones always seemed to have just the back seat, or a view of the driving board thing, so from the back, which I don't care about. I'm not even sure if I want the wheel to be seen in the shot.
Does anyone have any advice from me? My previous version of the page from a few years ago was a view from outside the car (that's how I dealt with the problem at the time) but it didn't work out so I don't have anything to use there. And the images I have of the car are from the outside so they're not so helpful.
Does anyone have experience with things like that?

Does anyone you know own a car? Do you have a camera? Can you bring the two together in the same place long enough to take the pictures you think you'll need?

All you fine ladies and gentlemen may or may not already know about my Tumblr.
Well, three days ago I started a new series of pictures; turning LRR forum members into superheroes, based on their avatars and/or usernames.
See if you can guess who I've done so far.

Nifty nifty. I especially like Mr. Fiend's.
Re: Share your Art with the world!
It is not exactly art but it is art related. I'm doing a signing in a few weeks and the store owner wanted a bio/blurb for publicity. It's hard publicizing yourself so I was wondering if I could run this by folks. you're honest people. I hope it doesn't sound too pretentious.

I just can't wait to see more of them. You're coming up with really great designs, so I just wonder what kind of ideas you have for other people of the forum. ^.^

Re: Share your Art with the world!
You want to know what the funny thing is, Jester? From that description you wrote on Tumblr you actually nailed the character I make the black-and-white masky thing for. That's pretty damn impressive.
Re: Share your Art with the world!
Dude these are looking great. They are sort of a cross between your more staied style and the cartoony style you've used for the who you gonna call comic. Goin' places

Re: Share your Art with the world!
Whilst it isn't art, in the sense of, painting/drawings/imagery, I do write on occasion. I'm tempted to share some stuff with you guys, but I'm not sure that'd be the place to do it. I've started a couple real short stories (mostly unfinished), and I've written a couple pilot scripts for a few shows, and even started work on a (probably be never finished) screenplay for a film.
If y'all wanna see any of them, I'll be happy to share one or two of them.
