Re: new gaming rig rig, any sugestions?
Again - do you actually NEED Blu-Ray?
Also why would you ever use liquid cooling with that CPU?
Or those graphics cards in Crossfire (as opposed to buying a better card)?
Or RAID with that motherboard and without a separate RAID card?
And why would you want a SSD boot drive for that matter? It would only increase startup times for software on that drive.
The 750W power supply could be good, but you're lacking the most important information there.
Overall, your parts are less all over the map, but it's still pretty weird.

Re: new gaming rig rig, any sugestions?
need blu ray because I dont have a player and like combineing
over clocking so water cooling
because crossfire does make a difference
that motherboard does support raid
because it will take ALOT of pressure from my hdd's and I will have a few other bits of software on as well

2 cards in crossfire can give better performance than 1 better card that costs more than both, like in this case, also the better radeon cards than that are mostly too big for any case that dosnt support extended gpu's

Again, you're overclocking THAT processor... AND buying extra hardware to cool it with?
Also, do you have any idea how shitty Blu-Ray playback on computers (EDIT: Windows, specifically) is?
Also, that motherboard does support RAID... for some values of support. Do read about setting up RAID without a separate RAID card.
Additional notes:
2 cards in Crossfire do provide better performance... at an additional cost... which you could use to buy a better card later, when software can use it... and only if the software has proper Crossfire support.
And it'll take some pressure off your HDD's... but you could just as well have a fast regular drive. Not like you're getting the main advantage of SSD's anyway on a desktop, and the speed increase on boot and on the software on it are pretty much the only major benefits. Maybe that's enough. I'd spend the money elsewhere.

If you want to have a massive CPU get an Intel Core i5-2500K.
We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.
