I know that TheRocket's new avatar is drunk uncle but I choose to believe its Jim Sterling wearing bunny ears saying "Thank Easter for me"

My avatar is me dressing up. Kids today, they don't even dress up for holidays. They're just interested if their GMOs are Linkdin.

Compliments on the amazing costume, those bunny ears look really good.
Totally accurate, except for all the times I'm not.

Blatant Product Placement ahead.
Hey gang. I'm sure some of you remember me, but I've been off the forum for ages so there will be quite a few newbies who do not. Either way on to the important bits.
In my spare time I do photography and I'm hoping to get into printing and selling some of them. But to do that I need to get some interest and see if I'm actually good enough to do this. So I made a tumblr page... I used to have a deviant art page but it didn't do much for me. So I'm trying a new way.
But Trixy why are you telling us this? Well because I was hoping you guys might check out my site, give me some feed back, perhaps start a word of mouth thing. Generally I just want people to look at my photos. What you do after that is up to you.
So please check it out... Tell your friends .

I believe the idiom is "PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN".

Re: The General Chat thread
A street in town is getting resurfaced but half of it is open to allow access to the local GP. Big sign saying "No parking or waiting" and loads of cones down the street also with that message.
What do I see?
A car parked on the other side of the street to the resurfacing, and if you thought they had ignored the obvious and not read the signs, they had moved three of the cones to park.
Some people. : /
I was going to take a photo, but I was catching a bus and didn't want to miss it. At the bus stop there was a lady and a kid. I saw the kid take out a little box with tobacco and roll ups, he started to walk away and me and the lady just looked at each other she said "12-13?" to which I replied "I think so."

It was 35 Celsius here today. I have killed 1 centipede, 4 silverfish and a spider.

I spotted a hunstman spider on the outside of the car while I was getting my bag out this morning. I thought I saw something in the door frame when I opened it earlier.

If you'd like I could take a stab at critiquing some of your photos. I'm not a great photographer, but I've been doing it for roughly 3 years so I've at least been looking at a lot of photos

I actually kind of like it. It's not too hard to learn, though I admit I need to begin learning the commands better. I've mostly been making games and learning how to do some basic internetwork information gathering (finding out the specs of computers on a network and that kind of thing.
Though this is the first programming language I've learned, so maybe it's not as nice as the other languages out there. *shrug* It does seem to like to screw up a lot. Like sometimes it'll just randomly change my execution policy or something.

Powershell itself isn't bad, it's just that the main reason to use it is when you're in a large Microsoft environment, which brings so much pain (no, I'm not bitter about that in the slightest). While Powershell is a massive improvement over Batch scripting, I still prefer to use Bash and the unix shell for the things I'd use Powershell or Bash for.
