Yep, going strong and one of the mainstay threads.

And welcome back! I know people have got their names changed in the past by PMing Paul, but you might not get a response this week, what with Desert Bus and all. :P

You can. Just contact Paul. He can help you.

Why has it taken winter up until 11/22 to get here. I've been dealing with 60+ degrees right up until now. It's going hit to freezing tonight.

Better late than never I guess.

Feels like winter's late where I am as well--and that it might be in a hurry to leave. I wonder if it's anything to do with El Niño? I don't really know enough about the study of weather to even guess, though.

Unrelated: I've just become aware that I was vastly underestimating the bug-related hatedom Fallout 4 has acquired (the way I filter my Internet intake, I don't catch most big drama in real-time). Is this basically a bunch of people going on the Internet to howl about how terrible it is between sessions of play or something? So far, from what I've seen, it doesn't really seem any worse than any other Bethesda release (better than some, if anything)--but, then, I'm catching it all second-hand. I do (or did) lightly resent the reactions to this--which tend to (unintentionally, I'm sure) paint the artistry of coding as relatively unimportant to the endeavor of a game--but I understand it much better now that I've seen what's being reacted to.

Is there a way to search for a Facebook video that could be uploaded as a Youtube one?

Or possible to use some software to identify a song on a Facebook video?

Not on here much (looking at his profile, he hasn't posted since November 1st) but he was certainly active on Twitter and Twitch during Desert Bus, and his profile says that he visited the site just over an hour ago.

Hello, long time fan, but don't post here often. I had a question about something I saw in a video (don't know of this is the correct forum). During the September LT Digest, Alex received a coffin with Spoopifer in it. The rest of the team received similar chests. Does anyone know if these were hand made by a fan or is there a place they can be ordered? I would love to get several for Christmas gifts.

They were made by a fan, I'm 99% sure.

I caught a bit of GPLP today, and they mentioned something about a new Moon Base? And something about patreon backers being given extra time if they wanted to up their pledge for something? Any information about all that?

They are moving to Moonbase Delta in January (nothing to do with the flooding in the basement), and everyone who has backed them on Patreon for a total of $150 by the end of February gets their name on the LRR Load-Bearing Gratitude Wall.

Alright. I caught that it wasn't about the flooding, but missed other details. And the Gratitude wall seems pretty awesome. Sucks I couldn't afford to back that high, but it's awesome of them to do. Thanks.

That doesn't answer the most important question, though: if the new moonbase is going to be Moonbase Delta, does that make the last 2 Moonbases Beta and Gamma, or Moonbases Bravo and Charlie?

$150 is $10 a month from the start?

I think it's just short, which is why they've given the warning.

$140 is $10 from the start. Needs a little something more.

First month the Patreon ran was December 2014, so February 2016 will be the 15th month.

Find LRR on this page and count up the entries... if you've got 12 to date (Dec 14 to Nov 15) then you're on track.

(Alternatively, if you know HTML, you can go to your main profile page, go to View Source, find the block for LRR, and look at the commented-out bit that says it was removed to make the UI cleaner, which contains the total amount you've given. Yes, really. If it says at least "1200 good" you're on track.)

I'm rewatching Kingsman. This might be one of my favorite recent movies. It manages to skirt the line of parody and sincerity very well. It goes between over the top action to genuine tense moments. It was a very fun movie.

I personally vote for Beta and Gamma.

Previously, the Moonbases were refereed to as Moonbase Mk 1, Mk 2 and Mk 3. Following on this naming scheme, the new Moonbase would be the Moonbase Mk 4.

Does anyone know if episodes 3 and 5 of Story Guy (Laundry and Vest) are up anywhere? I can't find them on the Youtubes, and the links on the wiki is broken, like all the blip videos.

Unfortunately no. :(

And since the season 3 DVD is no longer for sale, we'll just have to wait for Graham or Paul to start working on getting the Blip era videos back up.
