Side note, there are a lot more attractive young women on campus now that the weather has cooled off to Fall temperatures, I look forward to the annual start to dress appropriately for appearing in public that happens with the change in foliage colors.

Just to let you guys know, my internet and phone went down Saturday, and the phone company isn't able to send someone until Thursday. I don't have any access to the internet until then, except now, at the library. So don't worry about me, I'm not dead. :P

I disappeared for 6 months and nobody assumed I even bled. I think you can get away with a few days.

Can anyone explain what it is about chocolate that makes it so especially delicious in button form? I'm at a loss.

Today I watched my 45th Woody Allen movie, Blue Jasmine. He remains my most-watched movie director, followed by Hitchcock with 32 movies, Lynch with 26 and Herzog with 25.

Yes, I keep a list.

Nope! They showed the trailer when I went to watch The Hobbit and I remember exchanging one of those "We HAVE to watch this" looks with my friend, but that was it. I love it when Herzog sells out like that (and I'm not being sarcastic, I really do love his warped liaison with Hollywood).

I saw that in 3D some years ago when it came out. It's a gorgeous movie, mostly a straight-up documentary though the quirkiness untaps here and there, especially when Herzog's talking about the cave paintings as a form of proto-cinema because of the way different lightning would create the illusion of movement (and then he throws in a clip of Fred Astaire dancing for illustration). But I'd watch anything narrated by Herzog, it's like getting lulled by Father Time.

Whew, internet's back. A lot of catching up to do, and while it was annoying at the time, the break was probably good. I had the time to get a lot of D&D prep done, finish editing my novel, outline an entire new one, and I managed to get my sleep schedule on track.

Still, it took about two hours to catch up on everything here. Seriously guys, 15 pages in the sex thread in six days? :P
