Should work now. It's a Good Samaritan story from Utah, about a young man who got trapped under a burning car after hitting it with his motorcycle, and his subsequent rescue by bystanders.

I like to think that the biggest problem is not that most people don't care, but that most people are scared to be the first to do something. Take for example this case - few people would be willing to be the first to try to lift the car, but once somebody did many others rushed to help.
Or more likely people come to gawk and would feel too guilty if they didn't try to help when someone better than them does. But I prefer the former thought.
