Same here. I wrapped it because I thought it would look better under the tree than an orange envelope.

I wrapped it because that's what people seemed to be doing.

Trixy, you're not supposed to tell people what you got them for a present.

I really wish I would have gotten involved in this, my person would have gotten a picture of Mutt Wuggins autographed by King Kool, which would have been especially funny if I got Kool. Unless it was Tally, I would have gotten Tally a Autographed picture of Jer, she seems to be a fan.

The giftwrapping process of my gift was a frightening one. Probably because I was at a shopping mall while I was wrapping it, and I am also kind of bad at it. There was a guy running a "Learn To Play Magic" booth who kept staring at me...

Oh yeah, I guess I should wrap the stuff up for [NAME DELETED]. Gives me tomorrow to wrap and add any other little last minute things I feel the package needs. Like padding since the box is just a little big.

Awesome :D I can't wait for more people to put up pictures of their gifts.

And remember, even if you do know who your gift is from, don't say it in the thread so people can't guess who their gift will be from.

I didn't gift wrap mine; it would have made it bulkier and more expensive. it comes in a lovely envelope, though.

So I went out in the pouring rain to check my mail, and what do I see?!

I immediately bust it open to find...

I was going to take a photo of my gift under my unadorned aluminium pole, but I was so damn excited that I opened it right away. Sorry. I promise photos of some kind of gift under my unadorned aluminium pole will be forthcoming. But not my Secret Santa gift.

Which was...

Mine is going under the Christmas tree and being opened on the day. But I know who it's from and to that person, I say: Well played, sir. Well played.
