Heh, people have tried provoking me before. I, too, responded by being discouraged and not even trying anymore.
Some of us need encouragement instead.

Speaking of which, I have been sick non-stop for over a week, and not worked out during that time. I feel very unproductive but on the other hand, I'm sick. This is annoying.

I want to get my leg presses up to 200lbs again. I r sew sad I got fat and sassy. I am going to see what I max out at tomorrow before pewpin myself. I have resolved to make this the summer I wear my first pair of shorts... ever.

So if you play Skyrim for, say, an hour, and every time the loading screen comes up you do 15 crunches while you wait for the area to load, you can get a lot of crunches in. Just sayin'.

Except skyrim is boring is shit and the loading issues don't happen to everyone. My console copy loads at break neck speeds but the gameplay is slow and dull.

Actually I'm mostly ok, a little tight. back hurts a bit from the sit ups. Nothing super serial. I'm going to be in agony tomorrow though, guaranteed. My arms will be useless.

Went to the physio about my ankle yesterday. Got electro therapy, ultrasound, and a brutal deep tissue massage that hurt like fuck. Got some instructions, learned an exercise to fix the alignment, got told I didn't need to stop running! Win!

I have purchased some cheap ankle weights to help improve the workout I get from walking and hopefully help build my stamina to a point where I can jog gently.
