Anyone planning to go to this?
I'm hoping to go but life has a knack of saying "no you can't you have to go here instead" right at the last minute.
Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert London
Re: Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert London
I went last year and it was incredible. Completely forgot to buy tickets, thought I wasn't going to make it, but discovered a set of mid priced balcony seats a couple of days before the concert (presumably seats people had bought but couldn't use and had refunded). Could literally have leaned over the balcony and spat on the pianist, it was incredible.
I definitely intend to go again this year, hopefully take a few more people with me to share the experience (it was way too good to experience on your own), so if I can persuade my parents to buy me tickets for my birthday, that is probably what I will do. I just hope that they don't sell out between now and the weekend when I am seeing them next.
In terms of seats, I'm quite tempted to get similar balcony seats to last time, although probably overlooking the other side of the stage.
I guess I'll see how it all goes though, see what's actually available.

Well, unless more tickets become available, like they did last year, it doesn't look like I'm going to be going, since its currently registering as being sold out on the Albert Hall website... Oh well!
And I've been living in Kensington in student halls the past 3 years, whilst I've been studying at Imperial. I basically walk past the Albert Hall on my way into uni!

Not being anywhere near London, no. But I've heard some their stuff and I would advise to those here who can go to the show that they do so.

I'm actually going to a video game concert tomorrow night, it's called Joystick 4.0. I went to one a few years ago called Joystick 2.0, by the same guy as the one I'm going to tomorrow, and it was brilliant. So, I can't wait. =]

If I was rich, I'd be there with my girlfriend.
