This was discussed: I have a dispensation that allows me to substitute my fine mustache for my unfortunate lack of beard. The other regulations I, of course, meet with no problems.

i am sorry. under the strict ruling of the recognition of wizards, warlocks and other practitioners of magical arts act 43bc i cannot grant you active wizard status. a case may be made for thaumaturgist or possibly stage magician but that is the best i can do.
