I'm surprised there isn't a thread yet considering that it's this weekend :D Going with my fiancé and a friend who will be selling prints for her first time.

I'll be donating something I worked on for 2 months to LRR for Desert Bus, hopefully they'll like it :) Pretty stoked about the show in general, and hopefully I'll meet a bunch of new people.

Any idea when a fan meet up would occur? Considering that you guys only have one panel this time around, and it's at the last possible day/time.

Trying to decide if I should wear my shiny new brain slug to the Expo, and curious if there will be any other brain slugs around.

On the plus side, I would be easy to spot...

Oooh, yes do! It looks awesome. I was thinking of wearing my octopus headband (because it seems like a place where you can do that sort of thing without being considered unstable). It's no brain slug, but we could still be oozy-squiggly-creature-on-head buddies!

We probably ought to try for some kind of meetup on the Saturday. Details to follow at some point, I guess?

We're kinda bad at this, but it's difficult. We don't really know how the con is going to roll.

Tally, do it! I'd wear the Kraken for more tentacly goodness, but he's a bit tall to be head gear. :) Brain slug it is, then.

Aw man I didn't see that! I'm going to have to check it out :)

Gave the crew their present, I was the one that gave them a small box with a Space Marine in it. Graham looked at it suspiciously when I said something was in the box, while it would have been a prime time for a club, a) none that small, b) I wouldn't wanna do that, I'm not that cruel XD

I totally didn't realize the crew was going to be there. If I had they could have had about 40 costume hats that I donated away >.< Not that they'd want to carry that many hats home, but they could have picked and chose some. There were some gems.

It was a pleasure to meet many of the LRR crew in Calgary and to have everyone sign a Desert Bus poster. I'm sorry you got placed at the same time as Sir Patrick Stewart on Sunday. :(

It was awesome to see all you guys again! Thanks for the incredible sketches go to Kathleen and LeeLee, and thanks to all for signing my BitN! As always LRR, you guys were gracious and humble and as always, hilarious.

Also, no car accidents on the way home! Yay me?

Operation wear-cute-crawly-things-on-head was a success! (The matching shirts weren't intentional, but they were pretty awesome.
