I couldn't even begin to think of a definition for imponderable

There was much cunction at tonight's charity auction, as Vic Mignogna was nearly rendered imponderable.

Try as they might, the landing force found the beach utterly imponderable.

Seems some of you missed Gap Filler's post, but that's OK because he spelled it wrong: cunctation.

The sardanapalian species was believed to have died out 3 million years ago.

The sardanapalians scare easily, but they'll be back, and in greater numbers.

Re: Word of the Day
The word of the day on for this quiet Sunday June 17th morning is agnate.
My shoes were so full of sardanapalian, I needed two cans of agnate to wear them.

There is a strong agnate smell coming from an open drain where I work.

Re: Word of the Day
This here is an agnate that repels the letter "m" and attracts the letter "e".

My mother owns a beautiful agnate necklace.
Totally accurate, except for all the times I'm not.
Re: Word of the Day
Holmes held the agnate between his fingers as he examined it, "This, Watson, is a Bohemian Agnate, which means it can only have come from one source. Come along Doctor, the game is afoot!"

Geoff grinned as he loaded his agnate with Club Soda.

Great, now I have the horrible image of Geoff developing a projectile Clubbing device, hopefully it can't launch across counties as I'm pretty certain a ballistic club would break a window, and I'd HAVE to drink it if he hit my house at this distance.
Then again I have counters... how would that work at range? Perhaps that's why projectile clubbing is being invented, so that counters become impossible...

Re: Word of the Day
I would guess that you would have to launch the counter back to the clubber for it to be valid.

I'll be agnate if it's aimed at Sheffield.
