Re: Word of the Day
The sword was of the scherzando style, designed to break as much as cut.
He habitually wears an expression as if he had determined to drive his head through a brick wall, and was about to do it (Description of U.S. Grant)

The tension continued to rise as the movie reached its scherzando.
Totally accurate, except for all the times I'm not.

The downside to ectopic is that it only captures the image of ghosts.

"Ectopic!" he commanded, "Fetch my hat and my cane." Ectopic scurried from the room in his typical fashion, and returned to hand his master the items and stand by his side.
The new Coldplay album can only be described as ectopic. Ectopic to the hilt.

I looked it up, my response was quite ectopic in severity.

Re: Word of the Day
Yeah, it's hard to misuse words you know, and yeah ectopic pregnancies are nasty.
Anyway on to today's word which is hypethral.
Jamfalcon is big on Falconry, I hear he has eschewed traditional hawks and raptors and instead prefers to hunt with a hypethral.
