Boris Johnson doesn't need a publicity boost, he simply opens his mouth and spurts something about rainbow Unicorns and table tennis and people will love him.
I don't like Tory ideals personally, I just think Boris is a really funny public figure. Like Putin or Obama, whether you agree with what they're doing or not, there's just something about them that makes them likeable.

In regards to the topic: Decent job by Charles, but I think Fred's still one of Britain's finest weathermen XD.
If I gave a damn, you'd all be at Hades' gate by now.
