Dibria wrote:Dear James, I feel we do not see as much of you outside Commadore Hustle these days (may be my imagination to be fair) why is this? Have you settled into a writer/tech position? You are frequently mentioned as one of the group writers in podcasts etc. and are frequently seen holding the boom in behind the scenes videos but not so much as a character, am I miss remembering this?

I've never felt completely comfortable playing a character, it's not really my thing. I enjoy being on camera but when I get to be myself, hence why you'll continue seeing me in episodes of cH. If a role comes around that I think I can do well then I'll jump at it, or if we're in a situation where we're all hands on deck I'll be there. But I'm not going to take a role for the sake of being on camera when I know that someone else can do it better than I.

I enjoyed them. They definately got better as the series went on and I'd watch them all again anytime.

Given that I'm turning 21 next month what do I have to change about my life to live it just like you?

Also, are you going to any gigs this year?

Also also, any plans for summer.

Super maga ultra also also, cheese on toast or beans on toast?

I suppose the only way to live your life just like mine is to kill me and try and convience all my friends and family that you're in fact the real James Turner... good luck. I'm pretty replaceable :P

I have no plans for any gigs. I'll let you know if that changes.

Summer plans? Well I'm going to LA next week for the Child's Play Charity gold tournament. Vancouver at the end of June for the Grand Prix (Magic) and then at the end of summer we'll be down in Seattle for PAX. Somewhere in there I'll also be going to Powell River for a weekend and perhaps another Seattle trip.

Both sound pretty tasty right about now... but that's probably because I haven't eaten lunch yet.

Dear Jay Meister,

What do you prefer, books or movies? How come you prefer one over the other/and if you don't prefer one over the other what do you like about the two?

What type of character do you tend to find yourself liking the most?
