ImageAnd thanks to King Kool for the quick turn around on sending me this photo. I hope it's a high enough quality for people to make out their signatures!

I'll give it a quick scan when I get home to see if you should feel potato or radish about the whole predicament. :P

On a side note, next time we should plan a meet up for just ourselves now that the crew is so busy and gets MTG bombarded. I didn't get to meet up with most of you this weekend :P

I wanted there to be a LRR fan meetup (with just forum-goers, not the crew unfortunately) but there was nothing planned early enough to get off the ground. Next year for sure, we should plan something a month or two in advance.

Every forumite that I did meet was super cool.

Yea, that's true. I didn't meet up with enough people... or at least introduced myself. We very well could have seen one another without realizing I suppose.

I really want to pick up a large pin with my avatar on it. I did something similar when I went to the Escapist Expo (though much more pointless since I just tapped a picture to my pass), and it worked pretty well. But first I need to work out how to get it to spin...

Well hold up now... don't go scheduling it early in case it's put up against something cool... like the LRR panel for example. That would be awkward.

Watching the Blankety Blank on the Escapist and answering myself. For the Sim City question, I think I matched Kathleen sort of. She said "Middle aged man in bed" and I said "Superman Fucking a Cheetah". I mean this is Blankety Blank we are talking about, and Damnit I'm going to try to outfilthy Kathleen at least.

That reminds me of one of my bigger regrets from PAX. I didn't talk much to the crew, and I didn't meet many of the other forumers or IRC users. I introduced myself to James when I did the Chandra's Quest (which makes me feel like a dick since I'm sure that whole... thing became a big annoyance for them). I also talked to Kathleen for a minute and asked her if I should go to the Strip Search or Take This panel. She suggested the Take This since it wasn't going to be filmed, and I'm glad I went to it. Other than that all I was able to do is play a couple quick games of magic though. Mostly didn't want to bother them.

As for meeting forum members, that was a goal of mine. But... I dunno what happened. Maybe I just didn't know when to meet up with anyone, or maybe it was because I was busy. But I had hoped to meet more people. I learned that I really need to get a button of my avatar made up for the future. For anyone who was at the magic time, I was the one who played James with a naya deck when he got screwed on red, and I played with Kathleen in her second commander game.

GAAAAH ENVIOUS. I'm still kicking myself for not getting a picture this year.

I think it was a side effect of there not being a dedicated forum-er meetup. And hey! I know for a fact you spent a significant amount of time with at least three... plus two... no less than five different forum people!

I also regret not getting a picture. Any of the times I've gone. I mean yeah I'm in a Loading Time getting hugged, but that's not really a group pic I can use for icon purposes and such.

One of these years I'll remember to do it.

My only regret is not taking more pictures. I met a few forum members, or at the very least talked to ones I have met in the past.

Biggest piece of regret was offering to buy the LRR crew plus LeeLee, Sara and Chiunit a round of shots and forgetting that I was in Boston. Ten dollars a shot is ridiculous when you're expecting to spend 5. So I felt like a bit of a let down even though they understood.

So a few people in my classes have shown interest in going to PAX prime this year. None of us have ever been so we are paranoid about missing ticket sales. How do the sales work? Do they announce the date and time they go on sale, or is it just a sudden "they are on sale right now go buy them quickly" type thing?

its a general thing that people on here will create a thread as soon as they go for sale so if you come here every day you should be able to get one.

So anyone who was at PAX East, if you went to the Magic panel, did they announce the next block for after 2014 is released?
