In fact, I was told there was a conversation between Graham, James and Jeremy this fall that went something like:

Graham: So guys, just as a heads up, I'm planning on proposing to my girlfriend soon.

James & Jeremy: Wow, congratulations man! Um, seriously though? Because I was actually about to do the same thing myself… [to each other] Wait, you were too?

Truth. Sometimes it is stranger than fiction.

This sounds like a great opening for cHustle featuring one-upmanship among the guys for the most romantic proposal with their elaborate plans going tits-up.

We start with all the guys getting dressed up and psyching themselves up for the proposal in the moonbase. They all arrive and each go to a different room where the girls are doing work. Then, we see them each take a knee, and in a three-way split screen, we see them all say "will you marry me?" The next shot is the girls' confused faces. We pull away and reveal that they guys proposed to the wrong girlfriends. They each get up and run out of the shot, then they all enter back into the split screen with the right girls, propose again, and we see happy "yes" and hugs and so forth.

$50 bucks was the Graham and Kathleen total, $55 was the stretch goal for James and Ashley, but Jer and Tally were really holding out, Jer needed at least $70 donated to childsplay if he was going to spend his WHOLE life with Tally.
