I mean besides nothing of course. Since some people seem so convinced the world will end this Friday, how do we think it'll happen?

Given that it's supposed to be the beginning of a new cycle, I think that means something new will take over the planet. One option is a mutation changing everyone on the planet. But the funner one is that the mole people that many joke about actually rise from the ground to reclaim the surface world from our grasps. Their weapons bring cities to their knees in a matter of seconds. It will be the end days for us, with our dominance fading to our new overlords.

I am fairly certain that the Sun will rise much as it has on December 21st. Likewise on December 20th and 22nd. Nor will the world will end such as we know it. No matter my 27th birthday will occur before any end and I intend to be proper drunk. Bring it on, end of Mayan calendar.
