Because I said so, that's how.

Unfortunately, this post is coming from my phone, so linking you to old Allentine's threads is difficult. Difficult to the point that I'm not going to do it, but fully expect someone else to do it for me! Hooray, delegation!

As (some of) you may know, Allentine's Day is an annual tradition (read:When I remember) where you appreciate the Allens (not Alan, not Allan, nor any other perversion).

This of course means that I get to tell you all to do something (usually inane) and you... do it!

For all great Allens!

Two things to remember:
1) Allentines is not my birthday. I cannot stress this enough.
2) Allentines is not Valentines! There are some "coincidental" similarities, like the date and my obsession with poetry and hearts, but that's about it.

So this year, as every year, I have something to ask from you guys:

A) What's your ideal Allentine's day?

And an optional B) Make me a heart! Be it with your hands, baking, or straight up murder, make me a picture of a heart and put it in the thread


I expect great things of you all, because, frankly (or allenly), you're wonderful people.

I also wish to note that I remembered to check the LRR forums specifically for this thread, as I remembered that today was Allentine's day.

My ideal Allentine's day involves sleeping in until I feel fully rested, eating tastey food, and having hot beverages whenever I want them. Good times.

(Yeah, it's kind of weird and dark and crappy and all I can say is that I'm exhausted and I only had about half an hour or so to get this done. And also my camera battery is dead and I'm lazy or I would've totally done the heart with hands thing again this year.)
