So Sean's job isn't letting him go... We're gonna sell our passes on ebay, in the hope that it will make up for the loss of the plane tickets and deposit on the hotel rooms. I'm hoping they sell... But either way, I won't be able to meet up with any of you guys. Sorry!

Before you cancel the reservation. Include transferring it with the listing.

Good hotel rooms are hard to come by it might help to say "We also have a reservation at hotel X for Thursday through monday If you buy the passes I can also arrange with the hotel to let you take the reservation"

That way you dont have to pay a cancellation fee and they get the hotel.

Hi all. I have four 1-day passes I can sadly no longer use. Hoping to find someone here who would like them. Not looking to profit or break even, mostly just hoping they don't go to waste, so $100 for all four. I know I don't have many posts here, but I'm kinda known in the DB chat if that helps. To those of y'all going, hope you have a lot of fun.

Peace

Heh :P

Thanks for the suggestion to make the hotel part of the listing, but Sean had already cancelled it. Oh well. We actually didn't have to pay a cancellation fee because it was early enough, so that's good.

As for the plane tickets, they were refundable. and the fee to change them to a later date would be higher than what we paid for the tickets in the first place, so we're letting them go.
As far as I know, plane tickets are not transferable in any way, or I would have put them on ebay as well :P

A bit annoying about the new job not giving him the time off, but I guess it's understandable since he started at the beginning of this month.

Arius(Tyler) and I will be there after 11 or 12 F/S/S.

I'm pretty sure CommanderKeen (captainmakr) is still going, but I'm not sure which days.

I'll be there all four days. Will definitely be at the LRR panel and hopefully Tally's crafting panel. Is there a fan meetup planned (official or otherwise)?

I might be hanging around at some of the parties in the area on Sat/Sun, maybe, depending on if my friend can be convinced to make a day trip of it.

This will definitely be my last year attending PAX (although I don't have a pass this year even) for the foreseeable future. The con has just stagnated so much, and I've become really put off by the Enforcer culture.

I haven't heard about a LRR meetup, but I'd be up for one. After the LRR panel? Or Sat afternoon?

After the LRR panel we all have to run skip or in my case hobble over to the blankety blank panel and see if we can possibly squeeze in to see Graham be funny and Kathleen say filthy filthy things.

Ok, since no one seems to be fixing a meetup - find me at PAX and say hi, or find me at the LRR panel on Friday!

*Edit: No idea why this is rotated and don't have time to fix. Woo. @LordHosk - I'm cleaning the apt just for your visit. :P

As someone who looked went to three PAXes (East, Prime, East) in the last year, it filled me with great sadness to not be heading to Seattle today. I hope everyone has a great and safe time, and I kindly request someone pour out a libation for those who couldn't set foot on the hollowed geeky ground!
