So I was thinking, what with the 500th weekly LRR video and the recent centenaries of Feed Dump & Checkpoint, how long can it be (or is it since) Loading Ready Run produces their 1000th online video?
as of 23/5/2013:
500 LRR
102 Feed Dump
101 Checkpoint
229 Unskippable
24 Strip Search
77 Loading Time
7 Friday Nights
49 "MTG" (Multi-part Academy drafts are only archived as one video)
64 ENN
33 Phailhaus
32 The Whatever Thing
66 GPLPs
168 Daily Drop
16 Iron Stomach Challenge
85 Bonus
I'm not counting live streams, Desert Bus or pod/vidcasts here, but assuming I've not missed anything, that's a total of 1,553!!
So it'd be pretty hard for someone to work their way backwards to find out which was upload 1000. I'd hazard a guess it was around the end of ENN being produced.
So yeah, with LRR currently producing 7 or 8 videos a week 1,500 would've been about the start of April (heck, maybe even one of the 3 from Monday April 1st ).

The funny part is, 1500+ videos and there's still days of the year that don't have a video associated with them.
...I should go through my list again and update it.

I say we discount loading time as a "vlog" then we can have a 1500 celebration!

Or maybe discount bonus, since... well...

And I don't know about strip search since it isn't strictly LRRs video. It's Penny Arcade's and the team was contracted for it.

Well, yeah, but they were also contracted to relaunch ENN as Checkpoint on PATV after the Escapist felt it wasn't performing well enough.
And by Wizards to produce FNs.
I'm pretty sure Unskippable and Daily Drop are both kinda Escapist-owned formats or something as well.
Where do you want to draw the line? In my mind SS is an LRR show because it is shot, presented and edited by them.

I think I draw the line at who came up with the initial idea. LRR came up with daily drop, unskippable and ENN if I'm not mistaken.
Strip Search they were contracted labor. Any video crew could have sufficed...
But the other shows are hallmark LRR humor. And this I think qualify a bit better.

Interesting comparison point:
LRR have produced more minutes of sketch material than the original Monty Python TV series and the complete run of 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie' combined.
(Assuming the average video length is five minutes and the average length of each TV episode is thirty minutes, approximately)

Although Penny Arcade came up with concept for Strip Search, Bionic Trousers Media did participate in the development of the series. Since Strip Search shows up on the main page of loadingreadyrun.com I am inclined to include it in the canon of LoadingReadyRun.

Re: forgot 500, what about 1,000?
Any video that's on the wiki and the site (or used to be, like Season 1), I say counts as a video. I wouldn't disqualify Strip Search if LRR chose to put it on their site. Remember, I was like, "should it be on the wiki?" and LRR was like, "we WILL be crossposting the videos." So then I was like, "Well, sure then, they're LRR videos, then."
I say SS counts if LRR says it counts.
