Definitely made the right call Hosk, sucks to hear that the US government shutdown is affecting you and your family so much. Best wishes to all of the Hosk clan!

Like others have said, I'm still confident we'll get Lava Bears either way. Less confident that LRR will finally be rid of the Wii-Play shirts, though.

I keep saying they should use the Wii-play shirts as packing material for Desert Bus prizes, that seems to be the only rational use for them.
I don't even...what?

They could give them to Edward James Olmos when he films his episode.

WiiPlay Shirts Idea: The final final episode of Season 11 is "The Great WiiPlay Bonfire of 2014". Lest We Forgets.

New X ways to Y: 10 ways to get rid of a thousand tshirts.

My vote - donate them to UVic to shoot out to the crowds during concerts/events.

I think I might be able to get away with listening to the stream, while working. Watching... less so.

Helpful link for the timezone-challenged.

[edit] Just looked at the calendar, and apparently my boss has a doctor's appointment at the same time as the stream starts. Hmm...

I wrote an X Ways To Y script two years ago that I didn't finish which would have been an April Fool's one. Ways To End LRR

Everyone Gets Married
Everyone Dies
The Sopranos
The Seinfeld (everyone goes to jail)
Burn the unsold Wii-Play shirts
Bank Heist
The Butler Did It
Head for the Hills
Walk into the Sunset
Sky's The Limit (Next Generation Ending of playing poker)
Carmelldansen
Sell Out
I've got an idea (LRR drive away and find themselves on a cliff edge trying to balance the van full of Yummie's Snack Cakes)
Reading All the Unanswered AskLRR questions
Writer's Block
Time Travel - Go back in time and kill off their ancestors
Upgrade - Throw out the C64 and upgrade to a N64
Work Graham to Death

No no no no no...

You have to upgrade the C64 to 3 PS3s. :D

Evaluating Elomin's ideas in the style of CAH

Everyone Gets Married - becoming true and hasn't killed LRR yet.
Walk into the Sunset - Done that (and if not they need to)
Carmelldansen - Happens every year at DB
Sell Out = technically happened 3 years ago... (joke, don't kill me)

Things that might actually kill them:

Reading All the Unanswered AskLRR questions
Writer's Block
Work Graham to Death

I choose - Group fight over the Magic card collection, as winner.

And it was awesome!

1. Paul said we are all awesome.
2. We now have physical proof that Graham has a sexier voice than a professional radio announcer.

3. Apparently Alice Munro is the first Canadian to be a Nobel Laureate in Literature. And she lives in Vic!

Oh, it looks like a helpful person has recorded the interview and posted it here, if you missed it (or if you want to relive the excitement).

Yeah I'm glad they did because I didn't check twitter this morning and totally missed the interview. I'm wondering what kind of bump LRR might get (if any) for this interview. It's almost impossible to tell why someone donated (unless they say so in the KS comments/the forums), but I'm curious to see if there will be any appreciable difference in donations or people today that one could theorize is attributable to the interview (not that any strict causation could be made).

Currently they've gained two donations since the interview started, though I'm not sure of the amounts.

Lava Bears achieved.

In something with non-zero relatedness, I've sorted out the add on for my shirts.
