Sidenote, I have another tattoo in the works and need to shift the background colour but don't know the first thing about photoshop and can't do it in paint.

If anyone wouldn't mind helping me out I would really appreciate it.

Well for the Runners logo you did I was able to use paint to make the background white and the white flourish black. Here is what it will look like.


For the other tattoo I have to opposite problem, the background is white and I need it black but paint wont work it for me.
