Fear of the FBI virus

I'm sure you've heard about that virus that's been going around Tumblr. Well, I had a brush with it. I think I was able to avoid getting it but I'm not sure. How can I make sure?

You can tell your antivirus software to do a scan for threats.
It's all over but the crying. And the taxes.

Yeah, I did that. All it found was 2 tracking cookies. Still werry that it might've gotten something.

It's one of those nasty new viruses that holds your computer for ransom.

update your antivirus then do a boot time scan
