Boycott Anti-Skeleton Bigot Alex Steacy
For almost a decade now, LRR has been supporting the hateful racism of Alex Steacy. His anti-osteal sentiments have been insidiously endorsed by crewmembers on multiple occasions, and one can only wonder if the rest of the crew share Mr. Steacy's medieval attitude about skeletal rights.
PETITION: We, the undersigned, demand that LoadingReadyRun and Bionic Trousers Media disown and terminate the skeleton-hating bigot Alex Steacy. We further ask that they produce a documentary film educating impressionable modern youth about the truth behind the systematic disenfranchisement of skeletons in contemporary society.

What have skeletons ever done for me! Hell, they can't even move without muscles or ligaments.

I don't trust skeletons. I can see right through them.

I say that skeletons and meatmen need to work together in harmony. Without skeletons, meatmen become just a pulsating mass of muscles and organs. Without meat, skeletons can't move anywhere.

Why, when I was at work the other day, a skeleton came in and ordered a beer with a mop on the side! WITH A MOP ON THE SIDE!

I'm with Mr. Appleguard in his support of the opressed osseal persons.
Think about a child's smile and how it would'b be possible wihout a jawbone or hard calcium enamel. Or your dear grandma's hands that she used to bake you delicious fish bone pies.
Friends let us stop fighting over our petty differences, let us say no to bigotry and meatmans propaganda! After all isn't there a little skeleton deep down inside each of us?

Personally, while I am not a skeleton, I've always felt like I might be one on the inside. The frequent derogatory remarks from Alex Steacy, and appallingly, members of this very community that I've always thought to be inclusive, rattle me to the core. But I see that there are some who stand with skeletons as well, so it's only fitting for me to be forthright and say this. Drinking milk can only make us so strong; we need to stand against this hatred!

Now, friends.
My opinions on skeletons are well-known. Really, I don't mind if you're a skeleton on the inside. After all, what you do in the privacy of your God-fearing flesh and blood is nobody's business but yours.
But don't rub your boniness in my face. No one needs to see that.

I feel like this thread really has a bone to pick. In fairness, it really is a meaty issue, and I've love to see Dominic Appleguard flash out his arguments.
Now, lets not get cagey, there's nothing wrong with a little bit of gentle ribbing. In any case, if ALex had any backbone, he'd come out and defend his position. Perhaps there are some skeletons in his closet that he'd rather not deal with at the moment.
I'm here all week.

He seems to like this skeleton.
I think Alex has a skeleton mistress, and he doesn't care if she hangs out with skeletons, but he just wants her not to bring them to the basketball games.

Re: Boycott Anti-Skeleton Bigot Alex Steacy
You see, I think the problem isn't with Alex. It's with the game industry itself. How often are zombies portrayed as the enemy? Now how many times has a skeleton been the protagonist? Hell, when's the last time a skeleton has been a good guy? It might have happened once or twice, but it's certainly not a common occurrence.
This problems stems to almost all industries. Movies, books... even scientists and artists string skeletons up like they have no feelings! And I'm not talking about their lack of nerve endings there either.
I'm not sure if Alex's issues are with skeletons themselves, but more how they're portrayed in media. As Kool shows, Alex has shown himself to be intimate with skeletons in the past (just look where his hand is going in!). But even if he is a skeleton bigot, I feel it's a viewpoint caused by the reputation that skeletons are given in games. To get to the heart of this issue, we must look for change there before anything else.

Re: Boycott Anti-Skeleton Bigot Alex Steacy
Let me tell you a couple of things about these gutless, heartless boneheads you're all too fond of.
The following statistics were sourced from a crumpled piece of paper I found under my fridge, and a completely random ass person I met on the street verified that they are 103% scienticially accurate.
• In 2013, skeleton pinwheels claimed the life of over 14,000 people worldwide
• Skeleton archers are the leading cause of death among Steves, ahead of lava and falling
• Skeleton slang, ie: "boners" "boned" and "ribbing" has made literacy drop 7% in 2012
• Necromantic loopholes cost taxpayers millions every year from life insurance scams
• Pro-skeleton propaganda is reaching epidemic levels, convincing the public that a skeleton resides in each of our bodies. (This claim has long been debunked by experts.)
Is this prejudice? Or simply statistically validated cause for outrage?
You tell me, internet.

This is exactly the kind of treatment I expect from bone apologists. You'll be singing a different song when your family is pincushioned with arrows.

The deeds of the view should not bring judgment on the many. And out of curiosity, how many skeletons have YOU 'pincushioned with arrows?' My guess is more than a few.

Actually skeletons don't exactly pincushion as arrows kinda ... Y'know, pass through. And blades do half damage. Still, Alex. Care to deny rumours that you purchased a mace lately?

Look, I'm not saying all skeletons are assholes. But, to be fair, most of them are.
Almost all of the skeletons I've ever met have either tried to pincushion me or asked for money. It's so lazy, why don't they just get a normal job like the rest of us.

Well, speaking as someone with arthritis, it's pretty clear that the skeleton parasite living inside me is trying to kill me.
