All that I saw on BBC website was the concierge saying he's going to shoot. IT does explain the plain clothes police van blaring its sirens when I was cycling home.

Give it time; I work in a supermarket built on the foundations of a rather infamous facility...apart from the occasional blaming of a spill of dropped item on 'bad vibes left' or similar, no one seems to care.
