Ppst introductory stuff - Looking for friendlies

I've already introduced myself on the obligatory thread. Now I'm branching out into looking for info on where LRR folks congregate (aside from the LRR Twitch channel) to get together to play in groups.
I've found a lot of very accepting and wonderful people here who share interests and I'd love to get back into multiplayer/co-op gaming but I'm unaware for where to start here. The last community I joined, who will remain nameless, has a surface sheen of "decency" but the core seems to be heavily elitist and negative and not the type of folks I'd want to game with, though there are some who're decent folk. Not to badmouth that place though... on to the topic.

So where on LRR forums would be the best place to meet and congregate with folks to play games online with? I've almost no internet friends at the moment and feel left out of a bigger community that I feel only on the fringe part of now and want to be more involved and such.
