In 2007 I Heard a song used in a trailer for a tv show, and since then I've been trying to find that song. I never knew any of the lyrics so I didn't have anything to go on other then that it sounded like a 1980s song.
Then the other day I Heard the song again, but I only caught like one line of the lyrics, and so far my searches have yielded nothing.
The one part of the lyrics I Heard Went something like 'Hey Little girl'.
The end of the song is just the singer doing wailing (?) -which I'm not sure is the right word-. I thought it was a U2 song, but I don't Think it was
A tough challange perhapps, but anyone think they know what the heck I'm talking about?

Re: Looking for a song
none of them either. If it helps; it's a very slow/calm song, and I Think the 'Hey Little girl' is only in the song for like one line, so it might not have anything to do with the title
Re: Looking for a song
Would it by chance be "Hey pretty girl" by Kip Moore? That's what came to mind when you said slow song and you heard it recently.

Nope but now you've made me question my own memory as to whether or not it was 'little' or 'pretty'. And now I'm questioning my whole reality.

No. Also that song was released in 2008. I heard the song I was looking for in 2007

Re: Looking for a song
I'm looking for a song this time.
I used to listen to it a lot a few years ago but I've completely forgotten about it.
Chorus lyrics: "We are the..." I have the tune in my head but can't remember more lyrics after that. I think it had silent or silence dotted around.
Music video, father and others go after their children that are locked underground.

White Wedding? It's "Hey little sister," but that's the first thing that popped into my head anyway.
