Hey everybody- I'm working on a lil' project right now, and to finish it I need some quotes from various LRR members. I thought I'd come here and ask what some of your favorite sayings from the various LRRfolk are.
I'm looking for distinct for each person, but also as short as possible. For example, the obvious choice for Cam is 'pardon-fuck?'. I'll need quotes for Graham, Paul, Kathleen, Alex, James, Matt, Jer, Tally, Beej, Cam, Ian, Heather, and (hopefully, if I have time)Adam.
If you guys have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

Re: Favorite LRR quotes?
It'll take personal preference to get the good stuff, but a place to start would be the Stream Quotes Database.
Graham wrote:The point is: Nyeh nyeh nyeh. I'm an old man.
LRRcast wrote:Paul: That does not answer that question at all.
James: Who cares about that question? That's a good answer.

I suppose the obvious one for Matt is "you son of a bitch!" but I'm not sure if that's what you're going for.

"This half-eaten chocolate bundt cake is 1,000,000 Persians."
"I have to go now... I have a fire... Stuck... In my pants... I'll save you a piece!"

I'd go with "HHHHHHSSSSSSSSS" for Matt or maybe even just a silent frump.
And I think at least one of Adam's quotes is an obvious one as well.

Re: Favorite LRR quotes?
I will DEFINTELY be perusing the database, but since my work schedule makes it impossible for me to keep up with the streams, I'm still hoping for some help finding the truly notable ones. (Thanks for the thus-far suggestions!)
I'm really not 100% sure what I'm looking for. I know it needs to be very short, and preferably something that holds up without context. More recent is better, but hardly required (I do like that Adam quote!) Oh, and it does have to be words- unfortunately, I can't use a frump for my purposes.

"I'm Matt's toothpaste! Squeeze me everywhere!"
But yeah, I'm not entirely sure on whether you're looking for quotes from characters they've played in videos or the like, or quotes from them as actual people (eg from streams, DBfH, podcasts...).
While no one overhear you quickly tell me not cow cow.
but how about watch phone?

Oh, right, that's kind of an important one, huh?
Quotes as actual people- if I can't find anything really appropriate, character quotes are fine- but I really want stuff that, for example, makes you go 'that's Graham' as opposed to 'that's Jonny."

Best quote in my personal opinion is probably "Well he can get spagit-fucked" might not be the exact quote but it's from Alex in the outlast stream during lets nope.

Re: Favorite LRR quotes?
Alright! Now that PAX is over, I can spill the beans on my project!
Every year for the last 5 years, I've made lil' gift bags for LRR at Pax Prime/West. Every year, there's been at least 1 LRR-themed item in the bags.
This year's treats were, for the first time, themed- sort of an art deco/silent movie thing. The big piece in each bag (well, box) was a cross-stitch silent movie panel, with a quote from that particular member on it. Here's an example box, because I remembered pictures for once!
So, we have a bowler hat memo pad (ala Charlie Chaplin), candies that came out during the 20s and 30s, a clapboard keychain (with built-in crappy magnifier), a music box, and a custom-printed playing card tin. This set is Alex's. I don't have pictures of the other panels, but the quotes are:
Graham: Have fun, luck good.
Kathleen: Never send a man to do a weagle's job.
Paul: Time for business casual!
James: I'm a cruel god.
Beej: I don't know where straight-up is.
Cam: Pardonfuck? (of course :p)
Ian: And now, the game truly begins...
Heather: There's a fetish for that.
Adam: The Dutch! AGAIN!
Ian, Heather, and Adam replaced Jer, Tally, & Matt this year- I've found it's hard to do more than about 10 people. I figured since those three have moved inland, aren't as active with LRR anymore, and won't be attending PAX anyway, it'd be fine to switch it up. Then, of course, I pass by Matt in a hallway a couple hours before the panel. I'm sorry, Matt!
