Here's how to install:
1. Unzip the tar.gz file to /lib/plymouth/themes/LRR
2. Open a terminal and run the command

sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth

3. Select the LRR theme
4. Run the command

sudo update-initramfs -u

5. Reboot and enjoy!

It's great looking, but now you've got me thinking about how infrequently I actually reboot my machine.
