Masculinity is not the opposite of Feminism. Nor is Masculinity intractably tied to gender. Nor is Masculinity inherently 'wrong'.

For Instance, this is undeniably a masculine figure -

But so is this,

Masculinity, and in association Femininity, are behaviours and aesthetics that trend towards certain genders, but are explicitly not defined by those genders. Both Masculinity and Femininity are inherently neutral.

The problem comes when things that are not Masculinity, are tied up in Masculinity, or applied rigidly with terms of Gender. That turns to "Toxic Masculinity". Things like "Man up and bear the pain!" as if that has anything to do with Masculinity or being a Man. Things like "Boys don't Cry", is toxic Masculinity. Likewise there's toxic femininity.

But yes, it's important to note that Masculinity and Femininity are them selves neutral, it's only when Toxicity is added to the concept that they become a problem.
