Need advice for a good Monitor

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for some advice. This past few days, I am having issue with my monitor. It's display become blurry after we have a movie marathon last weekend. We watched HD Game Of Thrones then after we finish season 5 we take a rest and decided to continue watching next time. However, when I open my computer last monday, the display became blurry. I can't even stare to in longer because my eye hurts. Now I am planning to buy Dell E1916HV Monitor buy I want to ask others if this monitor is good for watching movies and playing games. Are there anyone who has the same monitor? what can you say? If you have any suggestion or advice what monitor it the best, I will really appreciate it. I'll look forward for comments. Thanks
