As soon as my friend gets off the phone I am making latkes! Mmm, latkes. I will definitely post pictures of us cooking in the disgustingly grungy kitchen in the basement of our res. ^_^

Pretty much everything I cook is made in the magical microwave. I have a friend that cooks for me.

Oh, but a few days ago I breached that rule and made lasagne. Yum.

Bread
Mayo
Cheese (Cheddar)
Onions
Bacon
Chicken
Lettuce
Bread
Tomato
Cheese (Swiss)
Ham
Turkey
Egg
Hashbrowns (?!)
Bread

I feel sick.

I made some tasty apple-cranberry glazed pork recently, and made the glaze myself. Oh, and I have also made some of my tasty French Stew, which is beef, mushrooms, garlic, fresh-cracked black pepper, and really tasty gravy that you serve over mashed potatoes.
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

I made mulled wine last night. Not really cookery....or food...but it was something I made and then ingested! It made for a good after-playing-in-snow-and-being-really-effing-cold beverage.

What's the difference between shepherd's pie and cottage pie? I always wondered...
