Is that slang for 'hammered?'

It could be.
Or it could be the (almost) lead roll in a kickass musical.

I volunteered (backstage and front of house) for that show a few year back.

One of my favourite songs from that musical is [sings] "I don't need anything but you..."

I'm Stage Managing a musical, opening March 2nd at Oak Bay High.

Cole Porter's: Anything Goes.

Everyone should come see it.

Anything goes is my third favorite musical ever. Great music in that thing.

That's a fun musical. :D
I played in the pit (technically not a pit...) in it.

I got to be "chorus girl #37" in most of my high school productions. Except in Fame. Where I was "chorus girl #37 IN GOLD LAMÉ PANTS". I was practically the star. Carmen who?

The only musicals I've even seen on stage are the ones that most everyone has seen:

Les Miserables
Annie
Phantom of the Opera
A Chorus Line
Le grá,

Les Mis
Ragtime
Wicked
Guys and Dolls
Lord of the Rings
Mama Mia
Cabaret

And a bunch of other things I can't think of. I'm also going to see the Three Penny Opera soon, though I haven't seen it yet.

I very very very much want to see Avenue Q. My friend got the soundtrack to it the other day and said it was awsome. All I've heard are Everyone's A Little Bit Racist, If You Were Gay, and The Internet is For Porn, but they're fantastic, and I've heard good things about the rest.
I used to audition with Be Like A Bluebird, but I realized that I've Got A Lot of Livin' To Do (from Bye Bye Birdie) is much more in my range so I'm using that.
Just for the record, Something Was Missing (from Annie) is one of the hardest songs to sing for a guy. Ever. EVER.

Lucky!!
What's the plot? I seriously don't know, but the music rocks. Not rocks in an immortal Cole Porter way, but it's charming and great. Not to mention funny.
