Can you people seriously not tell that it has been digitally altered? And badly at that? My word. Look at the distortion and residue around the face, it was clearly photoshopped onto another frame. It's as plain as day.

I honestly don't think so. It looks blurry because it's a screenshot.
The face has the most "going on" in the picture, so it has the cmost compression artifacts.

Well besides the face, it definitely did. And that looked like the sort of suit they wore while on the ship way back in the series.
