The putrid stentch of stomache acid and oysters are JUST NOT RIGHT.
Lord help me as I venture to the dark side and fill my sink with this alien life form.

I can hear you gurgle and churn, lifeform. I WILL NOT LET YOU OUT AGAIN.

You are aware that Bill's eating stunts should not be attempted at home, right?

Drink some gingerale and stay close to a bucket.

I don't have any ale other than beer! And water just seems to be burning like a thousand sacraficed mormon virgins.

*cries*

What came out definitly has more tenticles than Bills. It's not so much the puking or act of. It's the fact it BURNS. I've never had such a puking experience where it was actually just like pure acid feel. I THOUGHT I did. But oh. I was wrong.

Is this my karma for saying suicide bombers and aborted babies really loud in Walmart?? I HAD GOOD REASON! Whyyyy must you punish me.

Pepto Bismol would probably be a good move.

I'm really sick too, Siobhan. Headaches, a throat that's tearing itself apart, and random waves of dizziness and nausea do not sit well with me.

It would appear, however, that I can defeat ALL of these effects for a short period of time by consuming 20 extra strength Tylenols over a period of 24 hours.

You... what?

Just how much acetaminophen is safe to take?

For the average healthy adult, the recommended maximum dose of acetaminophen over a 24 hour period is four grams (4000 mg) or eight extra-strength pills. (Each extra-strength pill contains 500 mg and each regular strength pill contains 325 mg.) A person who drinks more than two alcoholic beverages per day, however, should not take more than two grams of acetaminophen over 24 hours, as discussed below. For children, the dose is based on their weight and age, and explicit instructions are given in the package insert. If these guidelines for adults and children are followed, acetaminophen is safe and carries essentially no risk of liver injury.

On the other hand, a single dose of 7 to 10 grams of acetaminophen (14 to 20 extra-strength tablets) can cause liver injury in the average healthy adult. Note that this amount is about twice the recommended maximum dose for a 24 hour period. In children, a single dose of 140 mg/kg (body weight) of acetaminophen can result in liver injury. Amounts of acetaminophen, however, as low as 3 to 4 grams in a single dose or 4 to 6 grams over 24 hours have been reported to cause severe liver injury in some people, sometimes even resulting in death. It seems that certain individuals, for example, those who regularly drink alcohol, are more prone than others to developing acetaminophen-induced liver damage.

I don't know how strong "extra strength" is, but if it is just half as strong as the stuff we here got, a dosage of 20 would severely worsen your symptoms.

Still, you both got my sympathy. Get well soon!

EDIT: Ah, extra strength is 500mg, okay.
So... it really is just half as strong ^^

Regardless, I hope you both start feeling better soon. I finally got a good night's sleep last night for the first time in a few months.

I couldnt find the pepto bismal, so I took gravol... which really screwed me up.

Finally awaking at 3 pm... the beast is tamed! My throat still burns from bile, but at least its not reoccuring (yet) And my teeth feel like they are going to break apart.

I'd be the worst bolemic ever =(

Allen, when my back goes out and I don't have any meds, I usually take that much tylenol. I havn't died yet, but we shall see. Be careful! And I hope you get better soon.

Mm. I hope you get better too, Siobhan.

I've apparently developed a dry, hacking cough, and a fair amount of phlegm rising in my throat. Came home early from work due to the headaches, but I think I'm a bit better than I was on Thursday. Friday I was popping Tylenol every couple hours, and today I went without any.

Sore throats? HAH!

Mix some Jack Daniels, Red Wine Vinegar, and honey in a 4:2:1 mixture (make about a mug of it) and gulp it all down.

Burns like hell while you're swallowing. Tastes like lava. Soothes like the dickens.

EDIT: This will utterly destroy all phlegm in your throat, and the honey/vinegar mixture will coat your throat to stop the irritation. It really does help.
I can't think of a signature.

hmmmm... sounds like a respiratory infection (i know, it seems pretty obvious it couldn't be anywhere else, but seriously) of some sort. Take some Mucinex or something that will clear any chest congestion, or sudafed to clear out the sinuses. Just don't make meth with the extra sudafed.

Shoybun did it first, IMO.

Also, Shoybun thinks you're insane.

No, I'm not Ash. Where did you get this idea? Are you a banana?

You made me LOL. Those pictures aren't similar in the slightest, considering one is a threshold that looks like a vector, and one is a bloody picture. Your far fetched post is FAIL, btw.

I think Ash is beautiful, and it's sweet of you to compare us. But your post is ignorant in knowledge of photography.
