I would comment on how tasty those are, but I fear there's some form of innuendo here that I'm not getting as it's an inside joke.

We MURDERED those DoubleShots on the road trip, because they were delicious and not available in Canada.
But now they are!

HURRAH!

In high school, I did two of those before i took an exam, including a full essay section. Finished the exam in 30 minutes. The studying beforehand allowed me to also get a 90-something percent on the exam too.

I haven't seen a better thread in such a long time, man I wish my children could wake up one day and reflect on it. They will sing their national athem that relates to this thread and all it's double shot expresso-ness. We will march in the expresso parade and dance the expresso dance. Many will capitalize on expresso by making songs that say, "Where were you? When they made the expresso thread?" At the end of time humanity will be destroyed from the zombie rampage of 2903 and the last surviving humans of this distopian future will look back to this year. They will hold hands and together they will say that this thread is the only thing that gives them hope for a better tomorrow...Then they will be eaten.

To sum up, good thread, where money?

The Starbucks Double Shots are crap, anyway. Cold coffee is for losers.

I want that Bookoo shit to be available at somewhere other than 7-11.

its a political statement on how the moderators shut down threads that they dont find interesting but other users have no power over the moderators even if what they are talking about is far less interesting to whom ever's particular taste.

basically

i found the threads that got locked to be more interesting than this one and wish that they hadn't been

When you make your own comedy website, attract a following, set up a forum system, and pay for it all out of your own pocket, you can make whatever rules you damn well like.

Until such time, abide by the rules of the forum and question not thyne Lrrian Overlords!

Political statement?

Loss of power?

What do you think this is, a police state? How can you possibly be taking this so seriously? If the mothballing of a couple of dumb threads in a comedy website's forum get you choked up into a righteous fervor, you may want to consider re-evaluating your life.
