Considering the odds are 50/50 that the new MMO is Starcraft (and the other 50% is that it's Diablo 3), I think anyone is pretty safe in claiming they know which one it is.
I won't believe it until Blizzard announces it.

Something new? That they haven't tried before?
I agree with padfoot, too. This GameShadow thing recently sent me a newsletter that said they had a Fallout 3 demo. Turns out it was the old Van Buren tech demo (Fallout 3's project name back when Black Isle still had it and it was top-down, original style). So some of their stuff can be off. But this has been a fairly big rumor for some time now, so I see it being somewhat realistic. Anybody remember the fake World of Starcraft screenshots people made quite a while ago?
EDIT: Here's some of the screenshot of the World of Starcraft that people got long time ago. And as some of you may notice, they're mostly shoops. Pic 2 and 4 have the same exact Hydralisk and pic 1 are mostly SC: Ghost models.

I think that Blizzard is going to be trying out a new franchise with this game. As great as their current Triad is their going to need some fresh content if they want to stay current into the future

I would cum for weeks straight if they created a whole new universe.

What makes you think that? Starcraft II was announced quite a while ago, so doesn't it make sense that the gap between the release of SC2 and this new game will be at least as long as the gap between their announcement, if not longer? And since Blizzard has showed no sign of announcing their secret MMO any time soon, and will probably wait a minimum of another 6 months to do so, if not 18 months or more, then would it not be possible for the new MMO to come out at least a year or two or more after SC2 does?

"STILL"? I'm sorry, but IIRC when they released Warcraft, Game Designers Workshop's lawyers came to visit; some kind of deal later, they carried on with a millieu that grew and evolved into something very different than Warhammer Fantasy Battles.
As for Starcraft; anyone remember the first screenies Blizzard themselves released as sneak peeks? It looked like a user-created mod of WCII with a sci-fi theme. Again, the original idea wasn't something very unique, but then they built on that and expanded out into something that was.
Diablo? Graphical, isometric roguelike; it'd been done decades before, except with ASCII.
If they're planning on a new setting, I wonder where the inspiration will come from this time?
(not that I'm dissing them, they do a GREAT job, and there's nothing wrong with starting with an obvious 'homage', but don't imply something they haven't done yet)
