PAX 2008

Postby bar room hero » 17 Mar 2008, 13:34

I checked forums but there doesnt seem to be any thread so far. Ive decided i need a break from the south of Wales(next to England) and have booked tickets to attend. I was wondering if any other LRR fans are attending or if LRR will have a presence at the expo
I do not regret the things I've done, only those I did not do

I was going to go this year but then I got pregnant and decided to postpone it, and then we moved so I don't know how long I will have to postpone it for..... grrrrr

I hope you have a great time. it should be great.

Also, if you haven't made plans to do so get going to PAX LRR. You had one of the penny arcade guys in a video so I think they would be happy for you to have a booth or something and it would be great exposure.

i've been to the past 3 Penny Arcade Expos and i don't intend to miss one anytime in the immediate future. If your going . . . be sure to say hi. It's hard to miss me. I'll be the one with the awesome color changing hat and power glove.

hope to see the LRR crew there. Paul especially. I need him to scribble his signature on a bunch of dvd covers.

I think it would be sweet to go, but I don't know if I'll be able to.

I've never been to a PAX but I've wanted to go since it all started.

The primary reason I haven't yet is because girls and guys generally have gender segregated road trips, and rarely do the "gals" go down to PAX, and even if I could find a co-ed group headed to PAX, all the pheromones in the air would result in some massive orgy and we'd probably not even make it half-way.

Ohhhhhhhh; both my wife and I would love to attend PAX at some point, but we're ex-college students who're still paying off our student loans. (Yeah, kiddies, don't think you're outta the woods once you get the sheepskin... :( )

There'd have to be a sudden windfall for us to be able to take that much time off work to cross the continent and spend three wonderful days in Seattle. And I'm sick of flying, so it'd have to be a heckuva road trip.

Oh, and please don't direct me to a P-A forum thread; I'm hooked on enough fora already!
