Windows XP Professional x64
I've lost my serial key... >.>
Can someone find me some more pls thnx
PM me if you can help and LRR won't get into trouble. Yay!
It's really annoying, because the gen might be on the iso i just burnt but i stupidly started the install before finding a list of keys (on my laptop now before anyone says "hw u typn now den?") so if anyone can help i'll be much appreciative.
If not, i've still got a legit version of windows on my other harddrive so i'll have to remember how to boot from that instead if this doesn't work.

ALL 64 bit systems suck balls at the moment because next to no software producers are making anything for the 64 bit system.
Its pretty stupid they are always looking for more power from PCs and the 64 bit delievers that and they don't even embrace it! Makes me so ANGRY!!!

Having run 64bit (XP now Vista) for a few years now I have to say the old "no one supports 64 bit" really is wrong (except for logitech). The only problem I've ever had with drivers was with my web-cam and that's most likely related to the fact that it's 5 years old. That being said upgrading from 32 to 64 bit has had a noticeable jump on everything (startup time got halved and a bit).

1. Dude, if the gen is on the CD, and you've got a laptop? Crazy idea: copy the gen or the serial to the laptop, then install the software on the other PC. When it asks for the serial, get it from your laptop and type it in. Resources are there to be utilized!
2. Even if you still need a XP Pro x64 serial, I couldn't help you. Because that would be wrong and I wouldn't know anything about where to find one.
3. Vista does not suck balls. Stop listening to the bandwagon. With few exceptions they are ill-informed to be making suck claims.
4. You can usually find 64bit drivers these days. Now the problem is with applications, especially security; which is a shame, really, because 64bit OS's are the future, and I feel like the software makers are really impeding progress by not stepping up and supporting them and their potential.

Yeah I hear a lot of Guff from customers about Vista all day, but when you install an upgrade version of vista on a computer with a 1 gig of ram there's gonna be problems.
Why don't people understand that minimum requirements really won't give you very good results

I love Windows XP X64, it's based on Windows Server 2003 so it's a solid system, they simply tweaked it to be a "desktop" OS and it's awesome (far better then vista IMO). That said I don't think there is a way to legally help you out, you could look around for your OEM sticker for this product or if you are certain that you are unable to find the sticker for whatever reason then you have 2 other options repurchase the product at a computer enthusiast store like NCIX, if you cannot afford this then, your other option is look at for any spare licenses you do have, like one that you had installed on another computer that you no longer have it installed or the computer died or something, as long as you aren't using that license anymore on any computer. if all else fails, you could try Linux or something.
I'd try looking for the OEM jewel case though if you left the sticker on that, hope it goes well for you.

it used it, and it's still not a "great" OS, I suspect we'll need SP2 to resolve everything, I had a bad experience with Vista, I have a quad core with 2 GB RAM (800 Mhz) 2 X500GB HDD RAID1 motherboard EVGA 680i basically it was an awesome setup under XP X64 ran beautifully, the day Vista was released I went out bought it and installed it on my computer, I'm a collector of short videos on internet sometimes trailers, comedies, free documentaries etc... Vista ran fine unless I watched around 10 videos (not at the same time ) then it'd BSOD on me, I updated the drivers got all the updates, after 3 months I did a fresh install hoping that'd fix something (this was the full version of Vista Ultimate X64) it didn't resolve anything, after 6 months and still grabbing latest drivers and windows updates, and still no improvement in system stability I junked it went back to XP X64 and it's been solid as a rock.
Before you start saying it was memory issue (like a bad stick) my computer works 24/7 on Prime numbers LLR stuff if you have a faulty stick of memory let me tell you, the project will fail your computer just about every time until you resolve it, since that time I done some upgrades, like the MoBo is now a P5E and the memory is now clocked at 1066 Mhz the HDDs are not RAID'ed anymore but I still haven't dared stick vista on my quad core...
