Beaten GTA IV?

I have, just did. And for once I managed to get through a GTA game without the help of cheats, and now a spoiler/ question for other people who have beaten the game and may have made a diffrent choice than me:

In the final mission if you decide to strait up, kill Demitri you end up having to hunt down the mob boss, is it different if you take the money?

Since I can't play it everyday, I'm going on about 23 hrs and I haven't got bored of it yet!

I find sick pleasure in getting drunk and then trying to walk back to my place, laughing like an idiot everytime Niko falls down XD

The drinking aspect is definitely a subtle gem of the game. Way overblown by the media and SIGs like MADD.

The game doesnt reward you for drinking, it certainly doesnt reward you for DUI, as the cops will be on your ass post haste if you get behind the wheel drunk.

Even Niko is quick to point out that Drinking and Driving is a bad idea... every time you make him do it. Every time!

Niko: "Niko.. if you drink and drive.. y-y-you're a bloody idiot!"

My favorite moment was getting drunk, and trying to catch a cab, and screaming "YELLOW CAAAAAAR!!!"

28 hours 37 minutes 08 seconds and I'm at 45.85% complete...

About 50 hours for me at 79.93%.
I have not done all the missions yet, spent a bunch of time creating random chaos and getting pigeons and jumps, then I got bored and decided I would play multiplayer, which im enjoying, though alot of people seem to complain when I get the chance to change the settings of the game so that the only weapon is rocket launchers, or even when auto aim is on.

I will probably go back and do the last few missions some time soon.
